Acceptance of Terms

The use of this site (pureabs.co.uk) is governed by the disclaimer, policies, and terms of use set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Submitting any purchase order to PURE ABS Limited also indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by PURE ABS LTD (Company No. 09903127) reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

All orders must be prepaid with a valid credit card/debit card or through PayPal.
All product prices, taxes, fees, and charges are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment is accepted in GBP only.
There is a minimum charge for domestic shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges for international orders may vary depending on country and delivery address.
Prices are accurate as of January 2016. Due to fluctuating exchange rates and other factors, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read the Return Policy, Disclaimer and other Terms and Conditions below and that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

What are cookies? Do you use them?

Cookies are a method used to track a customer through their sales process for statistical and shopping cart purposes. We do not communicate this information to any 3rd parties. We use this information that is tracked to help us provide you with a better shopping experience. For example, it has helped us create a system where you can purchase a product with fewer clicks thus saving you time.

Security Policy

To protect the security of the information you provide us when you order online, PURE ABS LTD uses Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your information so that no one other than the pureabs.co.uk site will be able to decode it.

You can, however, remove yourself permanently from the list at any time. As with all information we receive from our customers, email addresses are NEVER distributed or sold to 3rd parties.

Simply check the lower right corner of your browser window after you access the server. If you see a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending on what browser you are using), the SSL is working.

Return Policy

All items must be returned unopened and in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund (less shipping and handling fees). Please return the item(s) with delivery confirmation (USPS) or choose a carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) that uses tracking numbers in order to verify delivery of shipment, as PURE ABS LTD is not responsible for return items lost during shipment. The product must be postmarked within 30 days of the product's arrival date to be eligible for a refund. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on any discounted products.
